North Oregon, 3500 acre cattle ranch including
700-900 acres high production pivot irrigation. Plus 640 acres
of adjoining BLM lease. Ranch will easily support 800-1200 pair.
There are five homes on the ranch. Excellent water rights with
four wells plus surface irragation from the irrigation district.
Year round stream, springs, and ponds. Income from CSP, CRP
and CREP programs. Great deer and bird hunting with fish in
the creek. Current irrigated crops alfalfa, corn, wheat, timothy,
grass pasture. Corn, wheat, and hay contracts established. Cattle
